Call Detail Report (CDR) allows you to create and print reports that contain an itemized summary of the calls made to and from a specific IP Phone. Contained in the summary are phone numbers of outgoing calls, phone numbers of incoming calls, and the length of phone conversations. You may obtain up to six months of call history per report.

Deans may order CDRs for any extensions in their department, while individuals may order CDRs for their own extensions.

OIT Assisted Service
OIT Assisted Service is best for obtaining reports for a few months or on a small number of extensions. Each report contains up to six months of history.

Self-Service is best for obtaining a large number of reports or receiving reports on an on-going basis. There is a setup fee and a monthly recurring fee.

Note: You will be charged the full monthly fee whether or not you create reports in a particular month or cancel this service part-way through a month. You may create reports for an unlimited number of extensions for which you have responsibility.
Number of Extensions
After the initial setup, the following fees will apply if you need modifications made regarding the extensions in the report.
|Extensions between 1-6||$9.30|
|Extensions between 7-14||$18.35|
You are able to request reports for your own extension; however, you will need authorization from your dean or department head if you wish to receive reports for other extensions. Your order will be processed after OIT has confirmed with your dean or department head that you are authorized to obtain this information.
As part of the one-time setup fee for Self-Service, a one-hour training session is included. After you have ordered this service the first time, the OIT Service Desk will contact you to schedule a training time.
