BYU OIT offers a broad range of solutions to keep our campus connected. We provide the following core network experiences as well as a number of specific solutions to enable this:
Wireless connectivity is available throughout many locations across campus.
Connecting students, faculty, admin and guests alike, wired connections are located throughout campus buildings.
Connection information for on-campus housing.
The Virtual Private Network (VPN) Client is required to access protected campus resources from either on or off campus. A client program on the user's machine creates an encrypted connection to the accessed area of the BYU network. Previously the Cisco VPN Client was used, but has since switched to the newer Cisco Anyconnect VPN Client program.
See the specific pages as noted above for the type of connection you would like to use for help in connecting.
