Automatically Configure the profile in Outlook
Sometimes emails will not sync after configuration even if Outlook says all folders are up to date. A quick fix is to click the "Send/Receive all Folders" button located at the top-left corner of Outlook. Doing so will force the synchronization of the Outlook profile.
