For step-by-step instructions refer to the following instructions. Due to the varying nature of Android phones and e-mail apps, the step-by-step instructions may differ from the ones listed below.
If you are receiving an authentication error prompting them to verify username and password, try entering the username as just your Net ID rather than byu\Net ID. If this does not work, try resetting your password. The setup fields vary from phone to phone. Some have a Domain field and a username field and some do not. If the setup screen offers a username only, put byu\<Net ID>. If it has domain and username fields split it up and put "byu" for the domain and the Net ID for the username.
