Call Recording provides the ability to record all calls on specific IP Phone extensions. This service is managed by OIT as a SAAS solution. Call recording is used in departments to improve business and increase security. Calls are stored for up to one month before being overwritten by new calls.
Call Recording service is ordered through your OIT Enterprise Account Representative. A consultation meeting will follow to determine your specific needs. For a list of OIT Account Representatives, log into it.byu.edu, select Get Help then select Department Support List.
Note: The monthly fee includes support and upgrades. Upgrades to Cisco 7960 or newer phone may be necessary.
