Call Recording provides the ability to record all calls on specific IP Phone extensions. This service is managed by OIT as a SAAS solution. Call recording is used in departments to improve business and increase security. Calls are stored for up to one month before being overwritten by new calls.
Call Recording service is ordered through the agents at 24000. They will open a ticket and then the communications support engineers will call you for a consultation meeting to determine your specific needs.
