In order to operate effectively, the Change Management System interfaces closely with other process such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Release Management and Development.
Change Management is only available to OIT employees. For access, login to it.byu.edu with your Net ID and click on the Administration link. Make a selection under Change. Advanced features are available when activated in GRO by an employee's manager or director. If you do not have an account, please contact the OIT Service Desk to request one.
