MY OIT Travel enables OIT personnel to submit travel requests that provide travel secretaries with necessary information about an employee’s trip.
A travel secretary will be assigned to oversee an employee’s trip, and he or she will contact the employee. The secretary will complete the travel request form and forward it for approval. Employees will be notified by email when their travel request is approved.
Once an employee’s travel request is approved, the travel secretary will start working on their travel arrangements. Employees can visit My OIT Travel at any time to see the status of their travel request. A short introductory video is presented to employees the first time they visit My OIT Travel.
My OIT Travel is accessible from IT.BYU.EDU. (Employees MUST be logged into CAS to see My OIT Travel links on this site).
This is a free service.
