Currently, there are two types of hardware tokens recommended by BYU and sold at the BYU Store.
Note: While many other types of hardware tokens exist, BYU has made the executive decision to only support the two mentioned above. If you are interested in using a different type of hardware token with your BYU Duo account, you may do so; however, we will not be able to provide you with technical support.
If your Duo Access Coordinator is unavailable, you can go to the ID Center (1057 WSC) with your photo ID.
