The Call Center Solution product is a solution for call centers ACD (automatic call distribution) requirements. The solution is provided by YipTel, a local 3rd party telephony service provider. Support will also be offered through YipTel with the help of OIT engineers. An automatic call distributor (ACD) or automated call distribution system distributes incoming calls to a specific group of terminals or agents based on the customer's selection, customer's telephone number, selected incoming line to the system, or time of day the call was processed.
Routing incoming calls is the task of the ACD system. ACD systems are used across campus to handle large volumes of incoming phone calls from callers who have no need to talk to a specific person but who require assistance from any of multiple persons (e.g., customer service representatives/campus operators, etc).

There is a monthly recurring charge of $40.00 per maximum number of concurrent users during a month.
