The Office of Information Technology (OIT) partners with our departmental Campus CSR’s to create a seamless support experience for all campus users. This service allows us to track and seamlessly coordinate support of non-oit services that the departmental CSR’s manage for their specific department. Anytime we receive a call / chat / email etc. requesting support for a NON-OIT service that is specific to the Fine Arts and Communications department this service can be used to associate incidents and KBA’s to this support service.
We primarily anticipate the local department CSR’s to use this service in their day to day logging and tracking of issues specific to their department services in our Service Now incident and KBA tools.
In order to receive support for services specific to this department, please contact your department CSR directly. For any OIT services, please contact the OIT Service Desk for assistance.
There is no fee associated to the use of this service.
