To remove a device from Duo:
Note: If you only have one device registered with Duo, you will not be able to remove it. Only additional devices can be removed. If you're attempting to unenroll from Duo, see KB0028914.
If, for any reason, you cannot remove your device yourself, you may visit your Duo access coordinator in person.
