The set top box needs to be connected to the network, your television and a power source (color coded to match the connections on the models listed above). These connections must be completed in the order specified in order to ensure proper initialization.
1. Connect the Ethernet network cable to an active network wall jack and to the jack on the back of the Campus Television set top box.
2. Hook up the video and audio by connecting the appropriate cables. Component Video and Composite Video are shown below. The set top box also supports Coaxial or HDMI (cables not included).
3. Connect the power cord to the power brick and then connect the power to the wall and to the set top box.
4. After connecting, verify there is a green link light next to the jack on the back of the set top box.
Note: Set top box will take a minute or so to complete the power-up cycle.
Each Set top box has a remote control included that allows the individual to control channels on the set top box. Audio volume must be controlled by your television. The set top box remote may be programmed as a universal remote to work with many televisions. The manufacturer supplies a list of TV brand codes that may work with your television.
