Student Relationship Management is a family of tools used to facilitate the tracking, monitoring and management of communications and interactions between students and administrators; and, ultimately persons, places and things.
These CRM solution(s) is/are built on the Dynamics 365 platform. (This is a Microsoft, SaaS application). The initial departments using this are in the Marriott School of Business (MSB); specifically, the Dean's office (NAC), the Business Career Center (BCC), and the MBA Department. Other departments such as OIT, Performing Arts Management (PAM), and Alumni are also participating.

There is a licensing fee for use of this service which is paid for by the department per OIT and department agreement. Please work with your department controller to authorize this.
Once authorized by your department controller. Initial access is set up by requesting access from the Product Manager or Engineer:
