There are various reasons why a computer would be unable to connect to the BYU Wireless Network. The following information will help troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues. If you need help while following any of these steps, call BYU IT Support. (For general information about the BYU wireless networks, see this article.)
There are many devices that will not work with Eduroam. Examples include, Roku, AppleTV, Amazon Echo, and wireless printers. These devices should be connected to the BYU-WiFi network. If you experience issues connecting a device to BYU-WiFi please contact the Operations and Support Center at (801)422-4000.
