Remote Desktop is a secure method for accessing and controlling a machine on the BYU network from any outside connection. This is useful for accessing files or programs that are located on a campus desktops or servers while at home, traveling or in any situation where you need to access specific items remotely.
Depending on the operating system being used (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android or IOS), you will need to locate and configure the appropriate remote desktop software to connect to the BYU RDP Gateway:
