Make sure you are going to office.byu.edu and logging in with your BYU NetID and password. (You may also use BYU\NetID or netID@byu.edu to sign in in place of just your NetID).
Other troubleshooting steps include clearing your browser cache and cookies or trying another browser (Chrome/Firefox tend to work best). For most browsers, this can be done by hitting ctrl + shift + del for PC's, or command + shift + del for Macs.
