|One-Time Set Up Fee||$150.00|
|Monthly Page View Factor||$.045|
|Initial Set Up Fee (One Time)||$150.00|
|*Monthly Page Views (1 million)||$45.00|
What is the initial set-up cost?
This fee covers the initial set-up of the solution on a site by OIT and includes the initial training for how to deploy and manage the use of the product, as well as a reasonable amount of on-going "as needed" support.
What are the monthly page views?
This fee is assessed and billed to BYU on a monthly basis for all BYU usage. OIT then bills the respective departments for their actual usage of the product based upon this factor. The formula to derive this cost is:Actual page views (Number of times a user clicks on your page) divided by 1,000 multiplied by the factor of .045. This information is easily decipherable via the use of the Web Analytics tool.Example: 1 million page views divided by 1,000 = 1,000 X .045 = $45.00 for that month.
What is the user license?
An admin user license is provided to every user within your domain who you want to be able to see the statistical information about your site. (At no additional cost.)Note: This information can be shared very easily via a feature in the tool to non-licensed interested parties. The departments we have spoken with about this product so far have only requested one or two licenses. Licenses can be added as need dictates.
