University Financials is the university's Financial Management System. This provides BYU with budgeting, asset management, receiving, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing/e-procurement, general accounting and inventory.
The system supports the CFO's office, other campus accountants, financial officers and other financials processes and functions.
The University Financials system is managed by a Product Advisory Team, which meets weekly at 2:00pm every Monday in room B-52 ASB.

This feature enables Chemistry Stock Room personnel to manage inventory and sales across campus.

The Residual Manager currently supports the Review and Adjustment of Actuals, Balance Sheet Management and Security workflow structure.
Review and Adjustment of Actuals: allows the user to validate that journal entries are in the correct chartblock. If the revenue needs to be transferred to a different chartblock, a journal entry can be created.
Balance Sheet Management: allows a user to match transactions and create journal entries as needed to ensure a $0 balance on an account.
Security Workflow: allows users to request roles and department or operating unit level access for an individual.
