Email is a unified email service for BYU employees. Employees have access to an Email account for the purpose of organizing and coordinating work-related tasks. Email is accessed through Microsoft Outlook, and is primarily used to perform the following functions:
Email is provided with 10 Gb of storage space at no-charge for all full-time University employees.
Accounts are available for resources, generic accounts as well as part-time and student employees for a minimal monthly cost.
To access this service, please use the Order | Modify menu located at the top of this page. All BYU employees are entitled to a Email account. The Office of IT will fill the request and the account will be ready to be set up almost immediately.

The account can be accessed on a Windows PC using Microsoft Outlook, or from the internet at http://mail.byu.edu . It can also be configured on the Mac.

There is no charge for use of this service on University-owned machines.
