Note: CSRs (Contracted Technical Support) will be dispatched as needed Mon - Fri: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm with after hour support by arrangement.
Departments pay $44.25 per supported workstation per month. An annual support review will be held and will include an audit to ensure correct billing.
