Courtesy cards are available at the ID Center located in the Wilkinson Center (2310 WSC), or the main floor of the Harold B. Lee Library (HBLL). These cards allow you to deposit money on a university account that can be easily used for services across campus, including printing, vending, and food services.
For details, visit the Cougar Cash Card Services website.
Using a BYU Courtesy Card, guests can print to campus printers from their laptops or guest access computers by downloading an Open Access Printer Driver. When you print your document, choose the appropriate campus printer, and enter the number from your courtesy card when prompted for identification. Go to any OIT Open Access station, swipe your card, and select your print job when displayed.
The Harold B. Lee Library has computers available for guest use on the main floor. For details, visit the Harold B. Lee Library website.
BYU has several ways of accessing directory services on campus.
