Outlook Contact Groups are created using a user's own Outlook profile on their own computer.
Note: Contact Groups can only be created and managed from the desktop client, however, once created they can be accessed and used from OWA (Outlook Web App)
NOTE: If you were to change your contact group, the previously made copies of the group that were shared with others will remain unaffected.
3. You should be able to use the Contact group either by finding it in your Contacts, or by typing the name of the group in the To line when composing and Email.
