This is a partner product with Housing. This is not a BYU OIT service but we do provide some support and our network services interact with this to provide the complete internet connectivity solution to housing units.
This is added as service to enable ServiceNow to have a service model built for it and to allow support to track Housing issues. However, Housing is responsible for resolving tickets related to this service if the support desk is unable to.
On January 11, 2019, the current website and My Housing Account will no longer exist after 8:00 am. My Housing Account links should be changed to “Housing” with a direct to housing.byu.edu. The new site will combine information on the current housing.byu.edu website and services in My Housing Account.
