Microsoft Outlook Voice Access is the current campus voicemail system that is a part of the Unified Messaging initiative. Unified Messaging currently contains two components:
Voice Access integrates the functionality and convenience of voicemail with Email. This means individuals can access their voicemail from their email box, or they can access their email from their voicemail box.

To request or change Voicemail, select Order | Modify menu in the top right. Complete and submit the request.

If you would rather use the keypad to select options for the current session, log into voicemail and press 101. If you want to make the keypad the default, log into voicemail, say "Personal Options," and press 4.
Dial "0" to be transferred to another number: When callers get your voicemail, they can press 0 at any time to be transferred to a number of your choosing (i.e. cell phone, department secretary, operator etc.). To set this up, select Change Service in the Order | Modify menu in the top right. Complete the form, including the last section called Transfer Options.
