|1. Open the Outlook application and click Outlook at the top left of your screen.|
|2. From the drop down menu select Preferences.|
|3. From the new window find and click on Accounts|
|4. If you wish to delete an old account Select the old account in question and click the minus sign at the bottom of the window then click delete.|
|5. To add a new account click on the plus sign at the bottom of the window and select New Account.|
|6. Proceed by entering your NetID@byu.edu|
|7. Enter your NetID Password and click sign in.|
8. When prompted complete the Duo Security check and then click done.
9. It is a good idea to restart your computer after you have completed these steps.
