The ID Card Program is the internally-developed desktop application that the ID Center uses to create physical BYU ID Cards for students and patrons. This application was designed specifically for the ID Center. Rachel Engler manages the ID Center and is the point person and lead user for this application.
The ID Card Program service is published so that Rachel can log incidents directly against this service (in our internal 'support' catalog) and have tickets directed to the right person (rather than being directed back to her, as the head of the ID Center for the BYU ID Card service). It is also used by the Benefits Office for Employee ID Cards, the Salt Lake Center, and a few other departments on campus.
To access this service, contact Rachel Engler in the ID Center or the Identity Management Product Manager.
There is no charge for use of this service.
