Y-Time tracks hourly employees' work time while employed by BYU. Some key features of Y-Time include:

To access the new Y-Time Mobile, users will need to:
Designated Y-Time clocks have been made available at key work areas across campus Click for a list of Time Clock locations.
The Y-Time Portlet will allow employees to clock in / out of the job from your personal my.byu.edu page and view their timesheet and correct exceptions.

Note: If you mis-punch an entry and receive an exception on your time sheet, view the Self-Corrections page link under the Employee Training Resources for instructions on how to edit your time card.
Y-Time takes advantage of existing IP Phone technology. IP Phones are standard equipment throughout most of BYU campus. Users may now "clock in / out" using their IP phone and a valid BYU employee ID number.
